What is Lumiere?

Lumiere is a video intelligence platform that lets you collect in-the-moment viewer reactions and structured feedback on content. It's used by brands and advertisers, networks, studios, and streamers to test everything from trailers and ads to pilots and sponsorships.

How does Lumiere capture audience feedback?

Lumiere includes a suite of interactive feedback tools—like emoji reactions, hotspot questions, and AI-powered Conversations—so you can collect both qualitative and quantitative insights as viewers watch.

Do viewers know they're participating in research?

Yes. Viewers opt-in and give their consent to participate in Lumiere studies. We design them to feel intuitive and engaging, but viewers know they're giving feedback on content.

Can I use Lumiere for brand tracking or longitudinal studies?

Absolutely. You can set up Lumiere Channels for multi-video testing, compare audiences over time, or mix persistent and prompted feedback tools depending on your goals.

How can I share or repurpose study results from Lumiere?

How do I add Lumiere to my study?

All Latitude studies are powered by Lumiere, our interactive video insights platform. For more complex or multi-method research, our strategy and research experts can design and execute custom studies tailored to your business needs.

Can I combine different Lumiere feedback modes in one project?

Yes! Many of our clients run their studies with different feedback modes—like combining persistent comments and slider ratings with Lumiere AI Conversations for brand lift measurement—to get both emotional response and strategic clarity. For even more complex insights we also have Lumiere Channels spaces. Lumiere Channels are customizable, immersive spaces where viewers engage with curated content by choice—unlocking deeper behavioral insights that enhance traditional self-reported feedback.
