Klara is responsible for the overall business administration at Latitude, including financial and project management and staff operations. She monitors company A/P and A/R accounts and oversees payroll. Klara improves existing policies and procedures as well as implements new ones. She also serves as the HR manager, evaluating applicants and acclimating new hires. Klara is currently working towards a M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
In addition to her core duties, Klara has played a lead role in the KIDS initiative, a category of the Latitudes 42s: An Innovation Series, which looks to children for innovation and solutions around global issues.

Beginning as an intern in summer 2012, Latitude soon realized Claire couldn’t be kept away, outsourcing support to her remotely while she completed her degree, and welcoming her to the team full time in the summer of 2015. At Latitude, she supports the development and implementation of a variety of studies ranging in design from cross-platform campaign effectiveness, to qualitative-quantitative hybrids, to online community management. During her undergraduate career, she served as a long-term research assistant to a psych lab conducting a study in persuasive technologies, and completed her degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications magna cum laude.
